✅ What Is an Email Forwarder?
An email forwarder automatically sends a copy of incoming emails from one address to another.
Example:info@yourdomain.com → forwards to yourname@gmail.com
???? Step-by-Step: Create an Email Forwarder in cPanel
1️⃣ Log in to cPanel

Go to:
yourdomain.com/cpanel
or -
yourdomain.com:2083 -
Enter your username and password.
2️⃣ Go to Email Forwarders

Scroll to the Email section.

Click Forwarders.
3️⃣ Click “Add Forwarder”

Click the Add Forwarder button.
4️⃣ Fill in Forwarding Details
Address to Forward

Enter the email name (e.g.,
info) -
Select the correct domain from the dropdown
Destination
-
Choose Forward to Email Address
-
Enter the destination email (e.g.,
yourname@gmail.com)
5️⃣ Click “Add Forwarder”

Click the button to save.

You’ll see a success confirmation.

???? Create a Catch-All (Default Address)
If you want all uncreated emails to forward somewhere:

Go back to Forwarders
-
Click Add Domain Forwarder (or “Default Address” in some cPanel versions)

Select your domain

Enter destination email
-
Save

will forward to:

You don’t need to create the email account first to make a forwarder.

Forwarders don’t store email unless you also create the mailbox.

You can delete or edit forwarders anytime.
